Employee Ownership

Cando began its Employee Ownership Program (“EOP”) in 1996. Starting with just 12 employees in 1996, the Employee Ownership Program has flourished to include over 200 employees owning over 40% of the company. The EOP is completely voluntary and allows the employees of Cando and its subsidiaries to have direct ownership of the company and is facilitated through the use of a Group RSP program. Cando also matches the employee’s purchase to a maximum level based upon the employees earnings and years of service with the company.

The EOP has proven that Employee Ownership is the model of the future for employee relations in Canada and Cando has been and will continue to be a leader in the field of Employee Ownership. Our EOP has become an important driver of corporate culture and services.

Cando employees are as committed as if they owned the company. They should be… they do.
